Can I try the products before ordering them from Shy7lo?
Unfortunately, you can’t try a product before ordering it, as they are stored in our warehouse in sealed packages. However, you can return or exchange any wrong or damaged product
Do you have an offline shop or a gallery? If so, what is the address?
What is the difference between shipping fees and COD fees?
We provide COD service for all our customers in KSA, however, this service requires extra fees set by the shipping company. On the other hand, paying via bank transfer, credit card or SADAD doesn’t require any extra fees.
What should I do if I received wrong or damaged product?

When you use prepaid methods of payment (Credit Card – Bank Transfer – SADAD) you will not be charged any extra fees.
What should I do if I wanted to cancel an order?
You could cancel any order before it is shipped from Shy7lo warehouse, however; once the order is shipped you have to either exchange or return it (in case of receiving a wrong or damaged product). Please contact us at [email protected] 7lo.com if you want to cancel an order.
Can I order from Shy7lo if I’m not living in the GCC?
Shipping is only available for GCC, but we are working on expanding our outreach to satisfy all our customers
