How can I place and order on Shy7lo?

  • Choose the product you want buy and select the size and color then click “Add to Shopping Bag”
  • You will have your chosen product in the little bag on the left corner of the screen, click “Proceed to Checkout”
  • You can register for an account on Shy7lo or continue as a Guest
  • Add your name, phone number and shipping address, then choose your preferred payment method and click “Place Order”

Why is it better to register for an account on Shy7lo?

Setting up a personal account on Shy7lo offers you many advantages from seamless shopping experience to safe and secured checkout process.


Can I try the products before ordering them from Shy7lo?

Unfortunately, you can’t try a product before ordering it, as they are stored in our warehouse in sealed packages. However, we do have 30 days return policy so if you don’t like a product or bought the wrong size you can return or exchange it easily.


Do you have an offline shop or a gallery? If so, what is the address?

Shy7lo doesn’t have an offline shop, it is an online shopping website that sells all its products online


What is the difference between shipping fees and COD fees?

and the shipping fees for orders less than that are 19 SAR. We also provide COD service for all our customers in KSA, however, this service requires extra fees set by the shipping company. On the other hand, Paying via bank transfer, credit card or SADAD doesn’t require any extra fees.


What should I do if I received a different or faulty product?

In the case of receiving wrong or a faulty order you can easily return it via contacting us on [email protected]


How could I make sure of the item size before buying it?

You can check this link to know your exact size and match it with the size of the item you want to buy.


Do you provide warranty on watches?

Yes all of the watches sold on Shy7lo have one year warranty.


Are my credit card information secured for online payment on Shy7lo?

We guarantee secure payment via using industry-leading encryption standards!


How can I make sure that my order is successfully placed?

You will receive an email for order confirmation. You will also receive confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number.


Why should I use prepaid methods of payment?

When you use prepaid methods of payment (Credit Card – Bank Transfer – SADAD) you will not be charged any extra fees (COD service has extra fees of 19 SAR)


What should I do if I wanted to cancel an order?

You could cancel any order before it is shipped from Shy7lo warehouse, however; once the order is shipped you have to either exchange or return it. Please contact us at [email protected] 7lo.com if you want to cancel an order.


Can I order from Shy7lo if I’m not living in the GCC?

Shipping is only available for GCC, but we are working on expanding our outreach to satisfy all our customers
