Conditions for returning/ exchanging products.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 1 month (30 days) from receiving it
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The brand box must be returned with the product and it must be undamaged in any way
- *The following categories have no-return or exchange policy, so please read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
To return or exchange a product with another one please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number
- The requested service ( Return/ Exchange) the product.
- Bank Name – IBAN Number – Bank Account Holder Name.
- In case of exchanging an item, please add a link to the item you want to exchange yours with. If the item you want is not available our customer service team will contact on the phone number provided in the order.
Our customer service team will contact you as soon as we receive the returned/exchanged item and provide you with the steps required for refund or exchange. Also, you can contact us directly at 920002352 during our office hours.
*All returned/exchanged items must pass Shy7lo.com quality check.
*Expected time to process your request: 5 days in Riyadh, 10 days for other areas in KSA.
*If a client wants to return an item after exchanging it with another, a deduction of 30 SAR will be applied to the order (shipping fees for the returned order).
