Products could be returned or exchanged in the following cases only
- Receiving a damaged or unusable product.
- Receiving wrong shipment/ products in the shipment.
Requirements for valid returning/ exchanging requests:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 1 month (30 days) from receiving the order.
- The products must be unused and in its original packaging with all the labels still attached.
- The brand box must be returned with the product, and it must be undamaged in any way (In case of receiving wrong shipment/ product in the shipment).
To return/ exchange a product with another, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number
- Requested service (Return/ Exchange).
- Product name and SKU (you can get it from the product page or receipt).
- A valid reason for returning/ exchanging the product (Ex; damaged product, wrong shipment/ product).
- Bank Name – IBAN Number – Bank Account Holder Name.
- In case of exchanging a product with another, please add the link of the product you want to exchange yours with. If the product you want is not available, our customer service team will contact you via email or on the phone number provided in the order.
*In the case of exchanging wrong products; the returned items must pass Shy7lo quality check, then our customer service team will inform you of all the details needed to receive the new product.
**Expected time to process your request: 5 days in Riyadh, and 10 days for other areas in KSA.
