How do I return a product?

To return or exchange a product with another one please send an email to sales@shy7lo.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The requested service ( Return/ Exchange) the product.
  • Bank – IBAN Number – Bank Account Holder Name.
  • In case of exchanging an item, please add a link to the item you want to exchange yours with. If the item you want is not available our customer service team will contact on the phone number provided in the order.
Our customer service team will contact you as soon as we receive the returned/exchanged item and provide you with the steps required for refund or exchange. Also, you can contact us directly at 920002352 during our office hours.
NB: All returned/exchanged items must pass Shy7lo.com quality check.


If a client wants to return an item after exchanging it, a deduction of 32 SAR will be applied to the order (shipping fees).
